Returns Policy

You may return most new and unopened general merchandise items within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include, but not limited to textbooks, software, licenses, medical equipment, and customized items. The WesternU Campus Store requires a receipt for all returns or exchanges. Returned items must have all included pieces and tags still on, and be returned in the original product packaging. Returned items must be in new condition with no visible signs of wear and use.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to most addresses in the continental US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. When you place an order, your items will ship within 2-3 business days. 
During August and December, processing times may take longer than normal.
